First Grade truffles are of high quality, with a mature aroma. They can be whole or cut to remove small irregularities. They may have shape irregularities and crevices, and minor skin blemishes.
The cut surface of the truffle shows well defined black flesh with white marbling.
The truffle must weigh no less than 10 grams.
Our grading follows Australian Truffle Growers Association Standard.
