The flavour and aroma of a farm fresh black truffle can infuse taste into raw eggs.
For optimum results, Robertson Truffles should be refrigerated in a sealed glass sealed jar and wrapped individually in dry paper towel. The paper towel should be changed regularly to absorb any moisture. Truffles stored this way should last for 2 weeks or longer.

Alongside your Black Perigord Truffles, store some raw eggs in the shell. The aroma and flavour is absorbed by the raw eggs. Keep them next to your raw eggs for just two days, and enjoy!
