Bookings for the 2024 Truffle Season are now open
We are pleased to let you know that our 2024 black Périgord truffle season will begin on the 8th June and run until the 7th of August. This year we will be hosting hunts on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:00am.
As our inaugural Cooking demonstration class booked out within 3 days, we have opened a second class on Saturday 6th July This truffle cooking demonstration features Sydney Private Chef, David Lee. Following the truffle hunt, David will be hosting a cooking demonstration where he will demonstrate how to make two dishes; A Truffle Tagliatelle Fontana and Parmesan, and Truffle and mushroom Risotto. These dishes will comprise the Truffle tasting menu for this special day.
