Bookings for the 2024 Truffle Season are now open

We are pleased to let you know that our 2024 black Périgord truffle season will begin on the 8th June and run until the 7th of August. This year we will be hosting hunts on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:00am.

As our inaugural Cooking demonstration class booked out within 3 days, we have opened a third and final class on Saturday 13th July at 2:00pm. This cooking demonstration will be hosted by Southern Highlands Local chef, Elish Maloney who has significant global experience at multi Michelin star restaurants in Europe, Scandinavia and South Africa, as well as head chef at Saint Peter in Paddington.  Following the truffle hunt, Elish will be hosting a cooking demonstration where she will demonstrate how to make two dishes; These dishes will comprise the Truffle tasting menu for this special day.

Bookings are now open for our end of Season Long Table Truffle Lunch, to be held on Friday 9th August. The menu (including wines) for this years festivities will be:

  • Sourdough with Truffle butter and local olive oil

  • Pasta - Hand made fettuccine with fontina, parmesan, and truffle butter, shaved fresh black truffle

  • Mains - Grilled duck breast, prosciutto, truffle jus

  • Fillet of beef, black truffle jus 

  • Potato gratin chestnut and cavolo nero, truffle bake

  • Mixed winter greens

  • Dessert –Tartufo di cioccolato, clotted cream, preserved cherries 

  • Wines- A selection of premium Local Red and White wines, with a glass of Sparkling on arrival (all included)
